We know that the recent developments of the COVID-19 outbreak have been extremely concerning.  Like many of you, we are actively monitoring events and trying to do our part to take precautions and prevent the continued spread of the virus.  Our thoughts are with those who’ve been affected and the safety of our teammates and customers is our top priority

All in-stock items will ship and arrive on time. For pre-order and custom items, please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for production. We’re monitoring our operations daily and will keep you informed of any issues directly.

According to the World Health Organization, studies suggest that coronaviruses may persist on surfaces for a few hours or up to several days. Please rest assured that we are cleaning our facility repeatedly and ensuring the safety of all employees and clients.

As a precautionary measure, our Boston Flagship store will be closed until further notice.

All events through summer are postponed for a later date which is to be determined.

Please enter the required information such as Delivery Address, Quantity Type etc. Before clicking “Place Order”, please check your Order Details carefully. If you want to add a new Delivery Address, click ” Add a new address”. If you want to edit a current Delivery Address, click ‘Edit this address’. After confirming your Order, you will be automatically taken to the Payment page.

Bebe Mursalin items are limited in quantity because our products are hand made in Boston, Ma. We do not mass produce our items. Many of our items are one of one, meaning there was only one made and it will not be reproduced.

We offer pre-order as a way to reserve a bag in advance of our upcoming collections, with the understanding that it will ship at a later date than when you purchase. Payment is due at the time of purchase, and you will receive a shipping notification once the order is on its way to you.

Your pre-order will ship on or before the date listed in the fine print on the product page when you purchased.

We process and complete orders as quickly as possible. If you have any modification requests or need to cancel, please contact us at as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify.

We ship to the United States and Canada. We will offer global shipping soon! For any specific inquiries, please email and we will follow up with you shortly.

We are happy to offer complimentary ground shipping for orders over $200 with delivery addresses within the U.S., typically arriving within 5-7 business days. Please also note that orders that are placed on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

We accept returns of unused products in its original condition within 14 calendar days of delivery provided that the security tag is still attached, the protective film on the feet of the bag is still attached and the product is unused. Returns after 14 days will result in store credit. We have the right to deny any returns of products that appear used or altered. Custom orders and sale items are nonrefundable. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to make the purchase.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be fully processed. Once your return has been processed, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We can only issue credits back to the original form of payment.

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 2 year warranty on all of our bags. If you have experienced any quality issues, email us at with order information.  Please include photos of the issue as well as the front, back, sides, bottom, and interior of your bag.

We offer a range of items that can be customized in terms of size, material and hardware. Please note that all custom orders take 4-6 weeks for delivery as our items are handmade in Boston, Massachusetts.  All custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. 

Bebe Mursalin bags are delicate and require care. Certain materials such as suede and exotic skins are more delicate than others. Please be advised that our materials go through minimal processing and there may be variations between bags due to the individual animal.

We advise:

  • All leather be stored in a cool, dry environment and away from direct sunlight
  • Keeping your bag stuffed with tissue paper or clean cloth in order to preserve the original shape and (for exotic skins) lifting of scales.
  • If your item comes in contact with water, pay dry with a clean white cloth and allow to air dry
  • Never rub or apply heat

 Additional instructions are as followed:


For light cleaning, we recommend washing your bag with a cloth, wet with warm water. You can also spot clean your handbag with a leather cleaner, which can be purchased at a drugstore or cobbler. Please do a spot test before cleaning the entire product. Avoid using wipes that have chemicals in them (such as baby wipes or Clorox wipes) as this will ruin the leather. If you’d rather leave it to the professionals, a cobbler or other leather professional can deep clean your bag.


Exotic skins must be treated by a leather professional for all cleaning. To preserve the quality of these materials, we recommend:

  • Keeping the product in its dust bag when not in use
  • Avoiding contact of light-colored materials with dark clothing and vice versa to reduce possibility of color transfer
  • Avoiding contact with liquid, water, alcohol or oils
  • Avoiding exposure to direct sunlight
  • Avoiding contact with rough or abrasive surface


Please be advised these are general instructions and will not prevent normal wear and tear of your bag.

You may personalize your Bebe Mursalin bag with an embossed monogramming. Note that monogramming is only available for selected items.

Monogrammed items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please allow an additionally 1-2 weeks for monogramming of in-stock items.
