Our Story
Bebe Mursalin Leather Goods is owned by an Indo-Guyanese woman who has spent the last 20 years teaching herself the art of leather craftsmanship and design. She made her first bag out of a pair of jeans in her home country, Guyana, at the young age of 12.
Our Values
Our company was built on the multi-generational strength and resilience of women who immigrated to the United States from Guayana, for a better life. Today, our product is handmade locally in Boston, MA. We support the personal growth of women of color through opportunities to learn leather craftsmanship and entrepreneurship.
