We use high quality leathers and exotic skin materials. Leather is a natural material and in which slight discoloration, blemishes, scratches or change in texture may be visible. Theres imperfections should not be misconstrued as flaws. Any product with flaws are sold as sample items and will always be noted in the product description. It is also important to note that exotic skin materials are delicate and should be handled with care.

We offer customers the option to choose color, material and monogramming for a number of our core items. Special order items are non-refunable. Please use our contact form for all inquires.

We offer customers to secure an item ahead of time with pre-order option. Pre-orders require a partial payment of 50% due at checkout and the remainder portion is charged to the original method of payment at time of shipping. 

Bebe Mursalin bags are delicate and require care. We advise the following basic instructions:

• Store your bag in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight.
• Keep your bag stuffed with paper when not in use to preserve original shape.
• If your bag comes in contact with water, pat dry with a clean cloth and allow to air dry.
• Avoid rough and abrasive surfaces to ensure scales or fur do not rip. 

Additional information: 

Python, alligator, suede and various furs require additional care. We do not recommend exotic materials for everyday use due to the delicate nature of these materials.

• Some furs are prone to unavoidable shedding. Note that wearing black will potentially make fur visible on clothing. 
• Dark denim washes can potentially transfer onto lighter shades of leather.
• Products such as oils, lotions and perfumes can potentially damage material and discolor hardware.
• Python scales can start to lift if rubbed against rough surfaces. 
• Suede stains easily.

We ship via USPS using 2-day priority mail. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.

Orders are normally processed between 24-72 hours. If there is any delay in shipment you will be notified via email.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only. The item must be unworn and returned in original packaging. Items with any signs of wear are illegible for exchange or store credit. Sample items are non-refundable or exchangeable. 

If you just placed your order, have confirmed that the item has not shipped, please contact us immediately, and we should be able to refund your order and issue a new one. If your order has already shipped or was delivered, please email us to resolve the issue.

We offer gift wrapping at check out for an additional $25. Items over $250 receive complimentary gift wrapping.
